Petro is a clean, beautiful, pixel-perfect I must say and a user-friendly under construction PSD template. It’s designed keeping in mind the proper use of a construction template – it has to get the message across and make the user stay tuned for more news. It employs a timer to let the user know of the progress, a twitter feed, as well for the same purpose and a clean subscribe form that drives the user’s attention, so as you get as many subscriptions as possible.

The PSD is layered properly and organised into groups, wherever it should be. It’s broken into major sections and then smaller elements. All layers are named.

The design is super clean and beautiful, designed according to the 960 Grid System (check the 3rd screenshot).
